BEAR CREEK COMMUNITY CHURCH

Christian Service Brigade . . . we like to say, is "scouting" from a Christian perspective & is way cool! The Chief Ranger and his assistant Rangers lead the boys each week in games, crafts, sports, stories and other exciting learning activities.

CSB Purpose – to provide a regular relationship building opportunity for Christian men and boys in order to foster the boy’s relationship with Christ and his growth into manhood. Ninety minutes of action include sports, games, projects, contests, Bible Study and skill development.

CSB Goal – to give young men the tools for leadership and a safe place to explore and develop those new skills. To help young men grow in their faith by creating opportunities which stretch and test their commitment to Christ in a controlled environment.

Each year there are some weekend activities such as the "Tough Guy Camp Out" and the Father & Son Fishing Trip. Weekly groups meet as follows:

Christian Boy’s Brigade - "Stockades" - is held on Wednesdays, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and is for ages 8 to 12 (Grades 3-7) (September through mid-May).
CSB - ”Battalion” – Is a Christian Boy's program for ages 13-18 (Grade 8 - Grade 12), also held on Wednesdays, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. (September through mid-May).
